Thank you for choosing me as your healthy hair stylist. Are you ready to enjoy a truly luxurious hair care experience? Of course you are, but before you book I would like to go over a few things to insure your experience is great!

For your best experience
-Please arrive to your appointment with your hair free of any product & detangled from any previous style, or if you have recently taken down braids.
-You DO NOT have to come washed, however if you have an excessive amount of product buildup (ex. beeswax, pomade, spritz from ponytails), it is asked that you pre wash/blow dry your hair before your appointment so you can have the best shampoo experience at the bowl. In the case I cannot remove all the product from your hair in the time allowed for your service you will only be charged for a wash/dry, time serviced ($25 every 30 minutes) & product usage.
-If your hair is not properly detangled & it takes longer than the time allowed to detangle your hair, you will also be charged for the time serviced.
-Please refrain from bringing extra people/ kids as I am in a small space with limited seating.
Late Policy
-I offer a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes a $10 late fee will be applied to your service.
-After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
-If you cannot make your appointment & have not canceled, you are considered a “NO CALL/ NO SHOW”. You will be charged 100% of your remaining balance.
-Please contact me to let me know if you will be arriving late to avoid any extra fees.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
-If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Ex. if your appointment is at 2pm Friday, you have up until 2pm Thursday to reschedule or cancel. At this point to will have to contact me to make any changes.
-Canceling your appointment during your 24 hour window period will result into a 50% charge of your remaining balance.
-Once you are within your 24 hour window changes cannot be made. Changes made the day of will result in you still having to pay your original remaining balance.
Just a little FYIs
All appointments require a NON REFUNDABLE $20 deposit that goes towards your service & a $3 processing fee. Deposits will only be refunded if l am at fault & are only transferable if the date and time is open for booking.
I accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, & Afterpay as a form of payment. With all card payments a 3% charge will be added to your service and a 6% charge for Afterpay.
Mobile payment services such as Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal will not be accepted.
